Description: 1976 SSPC BOSTON RED SOX TEAM SET Great depiction of the 75 World Series team NRMT/MT-Beautiful Cards SSPC is Sports Star Publishing Company, a NY based company that produced several sets in the mid 70’s that featured a “pure card” look, meaning the fronts of the cards were without any logos etc. This was the largest set produced. It features many players not in the ’76 Topps set. SSPC had legal issues and was forced to stop making cards because of the Topps monopoly with MLB.
