The barrel is of the very first version M400 with a friction fit nib unit, that was made in 1982 only. The barrel is in near mint condition and under magnification shows just marginal signs of use. The piston runs smoothly and draws the full amount of ink. This listing is for barrel only. The nib units in the photo's are for demonstration purposes only and are not included.
