I just sold a few similar games in the past couple years that were stored in the same large box with all my floppy games and the buyers told me those work great. - Ships for free within USA in carefully packaged box requiring signature confirmation, most likely with USPS priority mail (possibly FedEx or UPS depending on best rate to your location) - For Apple II+ and AppIe IIe with 48k is stamped on disk, box also says "works on The Apple IIc" - Manual says "requires 48K, disk drive DOS 3.3" - Muse Software, 1984 - Includes Box, Manual, 5.25 inch Floppy disk and white disk sleeve, as shown in photos - Physical items are in good condition, exterior box has some wrinkles as shown in photos - Carefully stored inside non-smoking and pet-free home away from light in home of original owner that bought new when it came out - The manual also makes reference to a Commodore 62, but I do not know if this floppy disk will work on that (perhaps they made one manual that was sold with 2 different disks?).
