JOE MAULER TANK & CREW The sticker placement is very good with the front center white star sticker is loose. Nothing on the actual tank body has been glued or repaired. The motor IS operational, I tested it with new C batteries (not included). FAST/SLOW/LEFT/RIGHT are all operational. Sometimes you need to use a little force to select the FAST MODE, don't be scared. Originally released in 1985 the Mauler M.B.T. features removable storage covers (2) - the left side compartment is impossible to find by itself, removable engine covers (2), opening hatch covers (2), an elevating cannon, rubber treads and an intact REPRO custom cast aftermarket removable tow cable. Two custom aftermarket antennas (2) that look amazing, both fit snug into the tank holes, the LEFT and RIGHT smoke canisters are both ORIGINAL. All 4 ORIGINAL soft rubber mud flaps are present - they fit snug - 3 of 4 of them are glued to the tabs. I have also included the Bogey-wheel that covers the switch for mode-operation. The tabs that hold the metal skirt to the vehicle can break easily. Also, the tow cable can break easily break easily along with the bogey wheel holders. All the wheel assemblies - the wheel and black/tan pieces are mostly intact and the rubber is still tight. Each middle tan rocker wheel parts have one of two side rocker tabs broken off and missing. The rear trailer hitch is intact. I have included a video showing that the motor works. (Manned Battle Tank) is equipped with all manner of advanced electronics hardware, not to mention being heavier and faster at the same time. The Mauler M.B.T. has the following vehicular capabilities: Anti-Personnel Charges: scattered about the Mauler are several shaped charges rigged to explode should someone be foolish enough to try and hop on (assuming they're armed). If enemy personnel set these off, they will suffer extreme damage - at point blank range! Armored Hull: the Mauler's 57 ton frame is built from a 60 layer, titanium alloy / micro-mesh bonded hull. Giving it considerable durability, making it extremely difficult to defeat in battle. Armored Side-Skirts: these steel plates offer the treads of the Mauler the vehicle's base Protection; however, they don't totally shield the things from enemy fire, so a called shot will hit them normally (they do, however, have Remarkable material strength all by themselves). Communications Array: the Mauler is equipped with a gigahertz frequency, frequency wobbler clandestine operations radio system, allowing for constant team communications. Gear Cases: the Mauler has, spread about it, various cases filled with useful gear. It has a fully stocked first aid kit, tool kit, and a small case for its pilots' arms and ammo, should the Mauler get disabled and its occupants have to fight it out directly. MXZ-105 mm Earthquake Cannon: the Mauler's sole weapon, this martial terror allows its gunner to inflict staggering damage to the opposition. It fires high explosive shells that will inflict Amazing Shooting (fragmentary) damage to anything it hits, carrying 75 shells per load. Optical Targeting System: the mammoth MXZ-105 mm Earthquake cannon on the Mauler is assisted by a powerful target acquisition system. This holographic system gives the tank gunner a 3-D view of his target and environs, allowing him to hit with the Earthquake cannon. Smoke Dispensers: the Mauler is equipped with special smoke emitters that cause it and the area it occupies to be filled with an obscuring white smoke. This acts to defeat optical enemy targeting systems (or simple human opponents). DRIVER HEAVY METAL & CO-PILOT HEAVY METAL: This guy is in very good condition, he has tight joints, new O-ring and no screw rust. Appearance: green helmet with chinstrap and black goggles; green open-collared shirt with black vest; green gloves and pants; black belt and brown boots. The arm symbol is mostly worn away. Accessories: I have included a custom aftermarket black instead of brown microphone/mic attaching to hole in helmet - looks great! CUSTOM CAST black sub-machine gun with intact sling, brown DUKE backpack, a brown bundle of rope and the figure stand pictured. The four 1991 IMPEL cards #11 and #185 are in mint condition and all are great for display. LANARD: Figure has all original parts, good O-Ring, no screw rust and comes with the black Black Major Stalker assault rifle, figure stand pictured and 3 vintage military collector cards shown. He passed most of the team's exams easily enough, and only had to face down a final, live operation led by Lady Jaye to prove if he was suitable for membership in the group. This operation, also attended by Airtight, Bazooka, and Crankcase, was supposed to be relatively simple. However, Cobra operatives testing their new cohort, Dr. Mindbender, happened upon them, and used the doctor's BATs and plant spores on our heroes, momentarily getting the drop on them. As resourceful as Heavy Metal and his new fellows are, though, they ultimately won out in the end. Heavy Metal went on to participate in all manner of GI Joe operations, including their invasion of Springfield and of course the first Cobra Island Civil War.
