Description: This is a Bianchi Columbus Superleggera road bike dating back to 1989. Mostly original build kit spec'd with campagnolo drivetrain, brakes and headset/BB with some Shimano DuraAce parts mixed in and an Mavic wheelset. Tires, saddle, bar tape and hood covers are all recent restoration additions. The frame measures 59cm, but I could be off on that. Check out the attached measurements. Owner of this bike passed away a year and half ago, but to my knowledge was the original owner. His wife brought it to my shop and asked me to bring it back to life and find it a new home. As it sits, I have it dialed in with everything working as should. It rides butter smooth, and is in pretty good cosmetic shape. So, depending on if this is wall art - or just a fun addition to the bike stall, it will make due.
