Description: 1989 Borroughs Automotive Service Catalog w/ Prices & 1992 User Price List I recently purchased a huge lot of catalogs from the estate of the first MAC Tool distributer in the Wake County / Raleigh, North Carolina area. There are hundreds catalogs covering Mechanics Tools, Automotive Body Shop Tools, Pneumatic Tools, Knives, Flashlights, and lots of other stuff. These are mostly from the early 1980’s to the late 1990’s but a few older and a few newer. Most of these have a separate price list that will be included. I will be listing some of these by individual manufacture and some as lots but I do not plan to list all of what I have so if you collect tools, or related items, or if you collect catalogs and price guides, I may have something of interest to you so feel free to inquire. Some of the catalogs in this lot may show the MAC TOOLS logo or other distributer’s logo on them. Everything in this lot is in very good to excellent condition. There may be some curving due to placement in the catalog rack and there may be slight imperfections from use or wear including some small rips or tears. This sale is for the 49 page borough No. 89G Automotive Service Tools Catalog from 1989. It has a four-page MAC branded Resale Price List as a permanent center section. The catalog covers all kinds of Automotive Service Tools and test kits for fuel injector, and electronic diagnostics as well as items for engines, pumps and cooling systems, suspension / driveline, locks, steering, Rochester Carburetor tools, testers, repair parts, and a lot more. Also included is a 1992 Suggested User Price List. Both of these are in good useable condition showing normal signs of use or handling and both do show edge wear and discoloration. It’s always nice to find these vintage catalogs with the old price list still available. This would make a wonderful gift for that deserving collector on your list.
