Advertising for the Baeder Adamson & Co. established in 1828 with stores in Philadelphia, New York, Boston and Chicago, as well as factories in Philadelphia, Newark, and Woburn Massachuetts. They manufactured all manner of products requiring glue. Big company, rare letter opener, and a very nice touch with the large letters on each side “shadowed”.
