Description: 1870-1880’s Afsharii Antique Rug, Fabulous older Piece, 100% Wool in colors of Rust and Scarlet Red, Bronze and a Beautiful Perssian Blue. Sourced from a rural estate in Belgium, the Condition is 8/10 , in very good antique shape, some worn pile and repairs but still very good considering the rug is 140-150 years old. The ends are secured and the edges are wrapped in the distinctive “Barberpole” design of the breed. Would loooks great in a lower traffic area or on the wall.
