HISTORY OF THIS INVENTORY: This is offered from the Vanguard-Gallery art and lingerie shop inventories. Sourced in the 1990's from old lingerie shops. Then closed and closing. Vanguard-Gallery and back lingerie shop opened in 1992 and for 25 years. It was featured in Carmel California. Because the artist Daniel Vancas mostly sold and feature pinup art, used models for art projects, and his clients were often vintage styled women, and pinup girls; They often needed vintage sources for lingerie and stockings. So the back room lingerie shop was added to the art gallery and studio. Though Vanguard Gallery and Daniel Vancas art studio still operates online, and here, we are now offering vintage styled lingerie and stockings from the shop inventory. And as always pinup art prints, and even custom commission pinup paintings and Vintage styled illustrations by Daniel Vancas. Sadly the public shop closed when it lost it's lease before covid and could not find a good location to re-open. This is the stock from that Pinup Lingerie Shop at Vanguard-Gallery. Much of this vintage acquired from old lingerie shops going back to the1940s and 50s. The outer packaging can show age and storage wear. Daniel Vancas sought out these sources and bought back room stock 25-30 years ago. He then used them for the Pinup Art studio, stored for resale, for use in pinup girl art paintings, and photo shoots as shown in the photos.
