Description: Here are two similar, 7/8" litho buttons from the 1924 presidential election when republicans Calvin Coolidge and Charles Dawes took on democrats John Davis and Charles Bryan. The republicans won in one of the biggest election victories in American history. But the cool thing about these is that the Coolidge campaign must have contracted different manufacturers to produce their pins because here are three different makers: The Green Duck Company and the Geraghty & Company out of Chicago, Illinois. Collectors, check the backs of your buttons. We wonder how many different makers there actually were at that time. These are nice condition, but please look at our images to judge this for yourself so you can be happy with your purchase. Remember, they are 100 years old THIS YEAR. You'd have a few marks on you at that age, too. And litho pins-which were made with just paint applied to bare metal without any protective covering-are prone to show wear. We are members of APIC and sell only authentic presidential (and other collectible) material so buy with confidence. We'll be happy to combine S & H costs on multiple purchases even though eBay says we don't. We do so by issuing a refund for any overpayment. Shipping on this will be $5.85, carefully packed with tracking. 9336
