Description: 2 Chicago, IL CDVs same man w great beard, older, by Bradshaw, Whiting These CDVs are both of the same man, from two different sittings with two different photographers. Both are nice, clear portraits. On reverse of one is printed:"Whiting594 Lake St. Chicago." On the other is simply "Bradshaw." Yellowing to images. Fading to images. Light soiling to cards and images. Ink mark on Bradshaw image, which has also been trimmed slightly at the bottom. Whiting image may also have been trimmed slightly on the bottom edge. Cards measure about 4 x 2.5 inches. Whiting image has rounded corners. My mother was a photographer who collected antique photos of all types for years. As I am settling her estate, I will be listing these photos as quickly as I am able. There are hundreds of photos to go through, and I am trying to match any information my mother may have left with individual photos. Unfortunately, Mom had dementia at the end of her life and wasn't able to tell me much about her collection. She had done a lot of research into photographers and individual pieces in her collection, and often, but not always, filed her research with the photo(s). I search for more information on the internet and in history books, but it's a slow process and it will take me a long time to complete the sorting and selling process.
