The design allows for easy insertion and removal of bits unlike some holders that don't allow the operator to easily grab the bits and/or hold the bits too tightly. It secures the bits better than magnetic clips and you do not have to worry about magnets failing or falling out! The nature of TPU material prevents the bit holders from wearing out like soft rubber or hard ABS plastic. This bit holder does not interfere with normal operation of the drill/impact driver, etc. Do not sacrifice the compact design of the tool for a bit holder! These holders are low profile and keep the bits as close to the tool as possible. You also do not have to worry about bits hitting your hand like some competitors! Easy to attach with the included screw, allowing for a STRONG attachment point! No adhesive, double sided tape, etc. This product can be installed on the right or left side of the tool. It works with the LXT tools. It should fit most Makita tools but I have not tested it. It may fit other brands of drills and impact drivers, but I can not guarantee it.
