Description: 2 pc Vintage PHARMACY 8c STAMP PLASTIC THERMAL CUPS-DRINKING GLASSES-Thermo-Serv circa 1972 2 vintage thermal drinking glasses/cups from Thermo-Serv featuring the United States Postal Service 8 cent "Pharmacy" stamp. The stamp was issued in 1972. The Thermo-Serv company was founded by Nelson F. Cornelius in 1956 in Anoka, Minnesota. A gold and black coffee serving carafe is the company's most recognizable product and, in fact, the name of the carafe inspired the name of the company. Soon new products such as mugs, steins, tumblers, and non-thermal drinkware was introduced. Although eventually moving their headquarters to Dallas, Texas, Thermo-Serv is still a leader in insulated products -- and all products are MADE IN USA. Both glasses/cups are in excellent condition with only light surface scratches from age and use. Please see pictures.
