The first image is of a horse with a building and flowers around it. It is signed Veva Porter. The second piece is smaller and it has a series of horses with the word Finis on it. I recently purchased a lot of art from the Veva Porter estate. Everything from early pencil/charcoal drawings from the 1930's through the 1970's.
