Description: 2 Vintage small Russian Lacquer Boxes Heart Palekh ,Green Mstera The small heart shaped box is Palekh and features Ivan and Princess. It is in excellent condition without any crack or chips It measures 2x2x1 ¼” This is a fairly rare, much sought after shape. The little green box, I believe is from Mstera. The writing is hard to read even with a srong magnifying glass. It is hinged and in good condition with some hard to see age lacquer cracks on top. The green color is unusual. It depicts the tale of the Frog Princess. It measures 2” x1 ½”x 1”.
