The Marlins drafted Cabrera out of Venezuela at the age of 16 and gave him a $1.8 million dollar signing bonus. Since then he has been a powerhouse for the Marlins at first and then for the Detroit Tigers. Last season he became a member of the 500 Home Run Club, which makes him a virtual lock for the Hall of Fame once he retires. Put some of these back as an investment. When Royal Rookies issued the 2000 packs, they randomly inserted gold foil stamped "Limited Edition" chase cards into random packs. These are much scarcer than the regular cards.
