Batteries are fresh as of the time of listing the watches unless otherwise noted, based on how long the watch has been listed the time before having to replace the battery once you obtain it varies. For watches that have water-resistance ratings, I would recommend against diving with them until you have a professional reseal the watch and replace the gasket.
