Description: I bought this unit brand new from BIG RIG CHROME SHOP without properly checking the dimensions and verifying them against the CAC that was on my truck first. I based my purchase decision off of the year, make and model that was listed in the listing on the site. Big Rig Chrome shop refuses to take the item back on a return since it was dropshipped from the supplier and they didn't actually stock the unit. I had it partially installed on my truck (2007 International 9900i) however the mechanic couldn't complete the job because this unit was taller than the unit that was already on my truck. He uninstalled it from my truck and we placed it back in its box and its been sitting in my garage for a few months collecting dust. I'm hoping to recoup some of my money.
