2015 Surly Pugsley, medium with complete bikepacking setup

Description: Please note: I will be out of town between August 1st and August 8th. If you purchase the bike between those dates, I will ship it on or around August 10th. 2015 Grassy Green Surly Pugsley, size medium. Bike comes with everything pictured here, except the pedals.Bike is in pretty good shape mechanically. The brakes need to be adjusted (the rotors may need to be trued), and the right shifter cable sometimes sticks. But otherwise it rides well. 2 x 10 drivetrain with Sram cranks and Shimino Deore shifters and rear derailleur. Avid BB7 brakes.26 inch wheels with Surly Rabbit Hole (50mm) up front and Surly MargeLite (65mm) in back. I have an extra Marge Lite rim that I can sell you if you wanna go full fat. Surly Knard 26 x 3 tires front and back (my favorite tires on this bike and an awesome summer setup for bikepacking). I have an extra, new-in-box set of these tires that I can sell you if you want to future-proof your setup a bit. Tires are currently set up with standard 26" tubes, but the rims are taped for a ghetto tubeless setup if you wanna go that route. I've used FattyStrippers on them in the past with success.Rogue Panda custom framebag and Alamo Gordo top tube bag. Cosmetically, these bags have seen better days (they're stained on the inside, as you can see in the photos). But the zippers still work, and all of the seams are still in good shape.Feedbags are from Durango Sewing Solutions in Colorado.Jones (aluminum) loop bar.Son dynamo hub on front with Son Edulux II headlight and dynamo-powered taillight as well (also comes with the USB-charger seen in pics). The hub can easily power the headlight and taillight at the same time. If I want to charge my phone, I switch the headlight to the dimmer setting, which results in more power going to the USB charger.Steer tube on fork is uncut, which results in a relaxed, upright riding position that is good for all-day comfort (there are 90mm of spacers under the stem!).Cane Creek Thudbuster seatpost. I weigh about 170 and have some extra elastomers that I can include for free if your weight is much different than mine.Offset rear rack from Old Man Mountain.I'll include a pair of monkey nuts that lets you move the rear wheel back in the dropouts.I'll also throw in an Abus Nut Fix seatpost clamp an Abus NutFix wheel lock for the front wheel so that nobody walks off with those parts (that Son hub ain't cheap).The paint is in decent shape for a 9-year-old bike, though there are some chips / scratches here and there.This is essentially a complete bikepacking setup. Give it a tuneup and throw some bags on the back, and you're ready for adventure. Due to the height of this bike's fork and steer tube, I will have to remove it from the head tube for shipping. Shouldn't be a problem for the buyer, but just be aware that some assembly will be required on your part upon receiving the bike.
