Pre-loaded with MacOS Ventura 13.7.1 as well as the full Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel. Everything else has been restored to factory settings. Apple OEM 61W charger and USB C cord included, as well as the original box and manual. Cosmetic Condition: Screen has no cracks, chips or significant scratches. Exterior case and keyboard are clean with only very light or no scratches. No dents or dings. However, the left corner of the plastic bezel (*not* the screen, just the bezel) has a fairly significant crack (see photo). This is cosmetic only and does not affect the performance of the laptop or the picture. Replacement bezels are available on Amazon for $13, but again, it is purely cosmetic. Mechanical Condition: Audio and graphics are in perfect condition. No deal pixels. The battery needs replaced, however. It holds a charge for about an hour and sometimes gets hot or overworked. The left "Shift" key is a little fussy, where you have to push it down firmly for it to work, but the right "Shift" key works just fine. All other keys work fine with no sticking.
