To be clear if you are upgraded to a bubble mailer wether it be by the number of cards you purchase or by the order total it is at the buyers expense. If you buy more than 7 cards it is still .99 for the first and then .50 per each additional (upto $9.99 total cap for PWE shipping cards) If you would like to have the card shipped in a bubble mailer with tracking instead of a PWE, I can upgrade it for you at a cost of $4.99 plus .50 for each additional card.
