The POST Luxembourg winning entry offers a visual metaphor for a peacefully integrated, cooperative society, where people embrace each other’s culture. The An Post ‘N’ stamp design reflects another dimension to this year’s chosen theme. The bilingual stamp is inspired by the concept that individual nations, represented as multicoloured birds, can come together as one flock to be a driving force for peace. The visual representation depicts the birds flying up from their respective homelands to join as one continuous stream or flock that flies, as one force, to wherever peace is needed.
