The rim must be dry. Tightly apply your top. Leave in place for a minimum of 30 minutes. The adhesive will release and the disc will remain attached to the rim. ***** These liner are NOT sticky. The discs have the adhesive embedded into them. The pressure sensitive foam liners come with adhesive embedded into one side that sticks to the bottle with the pressure used to twist the cap onto the bottle.
