We just picked up 100+ auction catalogs, almost entirely from Sotheby's and Christie's, as well has a dozen or so from other auction houses. We'll be listing them over the next week or so, so feel free to check out the other ones as we list them. As always, we're happy to combine shipping based only on the weight and USPS charge for media mail, which is rather inexpensive.Now onto the item for sale. For sale is a group of three silver related auction catalogs held by Christie's in London and Amsterdam, including:The Schliemann Collection, European Silver, Amsterdam, April 4, 2007, 94 pagesHighly Important Silver from the Collection of Lord Harris Peckham, London , November 25, 2008, 142 pagesImportant Silver Including a Collection of Viennese Silver-Gilt Mounted Hardstone Works of Art, London, November 25, 2008, 210 pagesAll of these auction catalogs are printed in English and they are all in excellent, almost like new condition. We thumbed through them and didn't see any creased pages,writing, torn pages, or other damage in any of the catalogs. As you can see, the Schliemann Collection catalog does have a price sticker that was on the catalog when we came across them.PLEASE NOTE: Although we didn't see any writing when thumbing through three of these auction catalogs, we have seen some writing in several of the ones we picked up, including the one noted above. The gentleman we got these from occasionally wrote the selling price of some of the items next to the item descriptions, but that's the only writing we saw in some of the catalogs. We may have missed writing in these books since we only thumbed through them a couple times, but we will absolutely note any writing we do see in any of our catalogs.
