The adapter itself has a 4 pin plug on one side which plugs directly into a 3 port light harness, while the other end of the adapter has the 2 plugs that plug into the control harness(26345) If you purchase a 26345 harness from me you WILL NOT need this adapter as include it in the harness itself.
