3 VTG Bordallo Pinheiro Salad Plates Green Majolica Fruit Design Portugal 7.75"

Description: This is a set of three vintage green approximately 7.75 inch diameter salad / dessert plates by Bordallo Pinheiro in the Fruit pattern. The plates were made in Portugal. This pattern has been retired. These majolica plates feature a series of raised / embossed decorations of leaves and fruit., Pears, Plums and Grapes. The plates are in excellent previously owned condition condition appearing to have rarely been used. There are no chips, no cracks, no stains, no haze, no crazing, and no utensil marks. The Pear plate has two tiny flea bites you can feel, but are not very visable. If you are a fan of majolica dinnerware, then you will want this set of plates by Bordallo Pinheiro. Made in Portugal, these green plates feature embossed / raised decorations of a fruit in the center with leaves encircling the outer edge. The set of plates include pears, grapes, and plums These plates will mix and match with other majolica styles and patterns to create a beautiful table setting! The plate dimensions are 7/8" H, 7-3/4" diameter, and weigh 8.6 ounces each.
