Description: Three saucers/plates, each measuring: width: 5.5" height: 3/4" Vintage Chinese red Famille Rose saucers with colorful design and no border. Very collectible! From the 1940s? These are gorgeous! It's a beautiful pink color, which is pretty rare, and I love how there is lime in the flowers. The flowers are beautiful in their own right and they site alongside bats! which are considered good luck in Chinese culture - they are also symbols of longevity and blessings. These plates have a texture to the art and are hand painted. They are all marked "Hong Kong" on the back. They are in excellent condition. Only one has a VERY SMALL chip on an edge - I showed it as best I could in one photo (it's almost just like a place that isn't glazed but I can feel it with my finger - look for a green arrow on one photo). You'll have to look really hard to find it when you receive the plates. These guys are rare so snatch them up while you can : ) Thank you for looking and please check out my other items : )
