Consisting of 3-pieces and a full-size ball, this is considered Full Port. The four bolts can be removed for maintenance and cleaning to be done with the valve still inline. This is the preferred manual ball valve for food and beverage applications, especially for home brewing and drinking water. This valve is NPT threaded at both ports and is a Full Port or Full Bore valves meaning they are the same diameter throughout and do not cause a pressure drop when media passes through making them preferable to single piece ball valves. This valve comes standard with a locking handle allowing it to be locked in the fully open and fully closed positions and can be opened to different degrees. This valve is constructed from Stainless Steel and houses PTFE seals making it very sturdy and resistant to temperatures from -25° F to 356° F and pressure up to 1000PSI.
