The crystals are acicular needles, standing up and lying down, and generously covering the display side of the matrix. Fine pieces like this were only found in the first and second year that the mine was working, and it is unlikely that any more will be found now that mining has gone below the oxidized layer. And, the mine is scheduled to close in 2015, so this piece will soon be a true "classic"!
