Description: About this product: This is a set of four GLASBAKE MILK GLASS RAMEKINS / CUSTARD / DESSERT CUPS WITH LIDS AND HANDLES. To my best recollection, these ramekins were never used. The ramekins show no evidence of ever been subjected to heat or food. The lids fit the ramekins in size but they are not tight. The lids are made of plastic, and the lids are not supposed to be used in ovens - they are just to cover ready contents to prevent weathering. One of the plastic lids has a very thin storage-related hair lines scratch. Other than this, no defects.The cups are smooth inside and are ruffled on the external surface for easier grip. They are 11 oz each, and are perfect for making soufflés, crème brûlées, custards and other deserts.As a bonus, I will add two smaller unused 4 oz ramekins that come with no lids as shown in the last image provided.
