These Valve are a stand size (All American Tires), set back in 1844 and called Schrader valves. The Small Skulls are also used to top BawdyPartz Hair Sticks and Chopsticks as shown in photo. Also used as compression release knobs on Harley Davidson engines The Skulls will also screw onto door lock pins made by BawdyPartz fitting many American automobiles and trucks. ----------o---------- Measurements0.820 high1.133 front to back0.688 wideweighs 0.?oz. a metal valve cap with O-ring is cast into place ----------o----------This knob is made of solid cold cast resin in bone (ivory) color and antiqued to highlight the details (without antiquing by request) This knob (SK040-VC4) was originally made as a custom motorcycle cap Shift knobs, valve caps, door lock pins, window cranks, radio knobs, dipsticks, nuts and bolts, can be found in the BawdyPartz store. ----------o---------- Tips The resin used, sands, drill, mills and carves easily. Acrylic nail filler will adhere to a scuffed surface and makes a fare filler. Antiquing can be lightened or removed with nail polish remover. Antiquing can be darkened using Ace Rust Stop oil base enamel Satin Black. A nice patina can be created by using the oil found on the face between the noise and cheeks.
