Along with gold, palladium and silver are also known precious metals to be used in the fabrication construction of this type of IC chip, especially from military/government electronics, but no guarantee as to what degree or the chances of recovering any from this lot or any other. These have been removed by hand via precision flush cutters, so no heat nor chemicals were used to remove any of these chips. What’s shown in the pictures are of the LEDs only that is up for sale in this listing. The scale and any weighing trays/containers are not included. Each weighing tray/container was tared prior to adding material for weighing. Given the nature of these LEDs being sold as scrap, they are being sold as non-functioning/untested parts, and therefore are being sold AS-IS with no returns. We do not guarantee any % of recovered precious metal(s) from any e-waste scrap, even though precious metals are a known ingredient from these items to some degree.
