Watts for & in Consideration ofthe sum of one Thousand pounds Virginia money havebargain'd & sold to the sd. Adam Briz five hundred acresof land to begin at the White Oaks a corner between thesaid Watts & Jno. Morrison then to the line between theWatts & Harsbarger thence to Timber Creek as the lineruns thence down the creek to the line that divides the saidWatts & William Fleming land thence along the sd. line fromthe creek to the beginning which sd. land the sd. Watts agreesto make the sd. Adam Briz a good title in fee simplewhen required and the sd. Adam Briz agrees to pay the sd. Wattsfive hundred pounds on or before the 20th Day of May next when the said Watts agrees to give him possession of the said land& premises and five hundred pounds in five annualpayments to begin the said 20th of May next the said lastpayments to carry interest from May 1796.
