Description: 60 x 70 Geometric Brick Wall/Court House Steps Handmade Pieced Quilt Fine Cond Measuring 60 x 70 inches, a fine clean handmade US American Pieced cotton quilt with extensive quilting throughout in a pattern that is a Brick Wall Variation - but also quite possibly a Court House Steps Variation and most probably dates to the 1990s when the estate estimates that it was acquired. Quilt's large central space is occupied by a colorful and alternating light and dark brick pattern and is bordered by black stripes and a green border - the whole is quite lovely and a strong geometric pattern that looks great on either bed or wall, or thrown over a chair/couch. Quilt is in fine condition and bears no smells and was obviously well cared for as it is clean and bright. The reverse has an overall yellow-orange brown floral design.
