Description: This listing is for a 1963-64 Cadillac Steering Wheel and Horn Bar Assembly. THIS IS FITS NON TILT STEERING COLUMN ONLY! The wheel does have cracks. The horn bar does have light scratches and light pitting. Horn button has nice color. Splines are in nice condition. I listed this as (for parts not working) due to the cracks in the plastic. This wheel can be bolted up and put to use. These parts will not fit tilt columns!I will package very carefully to avoid damage in transit. In used (daily driver) condition.
