7 HANDMADE BASKETS – 4 LONGABERGER, 2 ROYCE CRAFT, 1 EEA 12/67, ALL SIGNED

Description: Offered here is a lot of small contemporary handmade baskets – four of the baskets are made by Longaberger; two are made by Royce Craft and one is marked EEA 12/67. The largest Longaberger basket has stationary handle and is called Mother’s Day Basket – 1988 and is signed BMB and measures 10” x 7” x 10-1/2” high. The next is a 6-1/2” berry basket, 1993 with liner and protector. The plastic protector has a few folds and some pen staining on the bottom. There is a Booking Basket – Thyme with liner and protector, 1995 with leather handles and the final basket is small rectangular 5-1/2” x 3-1/4” x 3” Key basket with leather handle at the back and metal hanger for suspending from the wall. The smallest basket is very finely made, stationary handle and signed only with maker’s initials and date. The baskets by Royce are also very well made with flat wood bottoms inside and out and marked with weaver’s initials, date and logo. The round basket is 4” in diameter 5-1/2” tall and would be good for pens, spoons, paintbrushes, etc. and the smaller basket is perfect for business cards artificial sugar packets, etc.
