This was pre-owned and does have wear and condition issues. CONDITION: Pre-owned. Lights don't appear to work. Engine / Motor appears to run, or at least it works with a 9v battery test. This was NOT tested on actual railroad tracks. This may have wear or marks from handling. This locomotive is dusty! Please check out all photos as well.
