Description: Studios opened in the early 1900's which offered mini studio portrait photos for a penny each. These nine 2 by 1 1/2 inch photos are examples. No studio name is given. There are 3 ladies showing off their hats, 2 young men in their stiff collars and 4 young boys of various ages. They vary in condition - some have soiling on the mat, some are creases, some a bit faded, and some with the edges of the image not placed squarely on the card or not properly trimmed. My favorite is the little boy in the dark sailor suit and cap with the rose in his pocket!
