Description: This is a 9ct gold sapphire and diamond halo flower ring in a size O, US 7 1/4. The sapphire measures around 4mm and there are 8 x 1mm diamonds surrounding this. The band is around 2mm wide and the total head size is around 8mm with a depth of around 5mm. The shoulders have a tar like pattern. It is in very good condition and is fully hallmarked as pictured.
