Description: 9' wide x 7' high Hemlock Overhead Insulated Garage Door.The section frames are made from selected west coast Hemlock that is kiln-dried to precise moisture content perfect for garage doors. It is then shaped and assembled under exacting standards. Stiles and rails are mortise and tenon joined, glued, and steel-pinned for added strength. Section joints are shiplap weather-lock design. The door comes furnished with commercial grade galvanized hardware. The comes fully crated (Price includes crating). Rails & Stile: 1-3/8" thick cross-cut clear hemlock wood (no finger joints). Panels: 6mm meranti veneer marine ply (meranti marine ply is used in canoe building) Windows: 4.5mm Clear Acrylic (Plexiglas), industry standard is 3mm. This is a three section door with all necessary hardware (springs, tracks, hinges, etc...).
