It depicts a statue in Lincoln Park in Washington DC showing Lincoln symbolically freeing a slave. The statue was erected in 1876 and was partially funded by voluntary donations by emancipated slaves.The stamp in the center was issued in 1963 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation.The stamp on the right was issued in 2013 for the 150th anniversary.
