The unit is oiled and tested prior to shipment. Buyer is responsible for verifying if this is what they need by asking questions before purchasing and consulting a certified HVAC technician or company. Any returns must be approved by the seller for good reason after purchase. The unit may have dings, scratches and/or scuff marks or normal signs of being used. Shipping charges are not negotiable because charges are based on zip code of buyer automatically including material & labor cost. Unit will be shipped at the lowest rate available via ground shipping. If buyer wants expedited shipping additional charges will apply & it must be stated in written form via message to seller prior to purchase. All purchased items are processed within 3 business days no exceptions not including weekends and/or holidays. Please consult with a certified qualified HVAC tech/contractor for proper installation because improper installation procedures will likely result in total system failure regardless new or used compressor.
