Description: Offered is this cute little 9" antique German bisque head doll with the head made by Simon Halbig for the Kammer Reinhardt company. She has a perfect bisque socket head with her original blown glass brown sleep eyes. Eyes are surrounded by lots of finely painted eyelashes. Multi-stroke brown eyebrows. Open mouth with 3 tiny teeth. Original albeit sparse wig. She is on one of those heavier 5 piece composition bodies. Original varnish finish with what appears to be stringing holes filled in and overpainted at her shoulder and hip joints. Dressed adorably in a modern sailor skirt, blouse and hat outfit. Her little slippers are made of fabric and tied on.
