Comes with everything shown in the first/main photo and includes the AEMC storage case which has unknown foreign substance on it + test lead accessories shown in photo. Megohmmeter is in very good physical condition. There are light scuff marks on the meter. All functions on the meter work except the 4000 ohm function. The meter does not read resistance. The meter blows the fuse every time the leads are shorted together as in testing for continuity. Fuse inside this meter is blown as shown in photo. Tamper proof stickers are stuck on the meter.
