In the video game, SOCOM is a "weapon system" that comprises of the Heckler & Koch (H&K) Mark 23 (MK23) pistol, the AN/PEQ-6 LAM, and the sound suppressor. You can install a laser sight and a flashlight onto this LAM to make it useful on the field.
