If you circulate an old comic in a room of 10 people, you will most likely get 10 different grades. I follow Overstreet guidelines for grading. On lower grades I will normally just give the grade, not a list of defects. On more expensive books I will include those details. In general none of my lower grade comics are incomplete, missing pages, have major damage or water damage, etc. if you have doubts, ask and I will be happy to respond.
