Unfortunately, this technique can result in a broken nut and worse yet, a damaged neck slot. We're very happy to offer our brass Nut Removal Punch. Handmade in our shop from 3/16" diameter brass rod, we taper one end to a diameter of 3/32". This allows easy tapping on even the smallest 1/8" thick nuts. At 3" long and with a flat punch surface, it has plenty of power and leverage to allow easy removal. Soft black vinyl covering makes it easy to hold. Shipped immediately with full postal tracking.
