Description: eBay Listing Template r1 Antique cylinder entry Mortise Lock with cast bronze trim including two raised relief American Eagle door knobs. One exterior escutcheon plate measuring 8 1/2" x 2 3/4" and signed Yale on the back. Has a textured background and an interior matching rosette. Mortise lock comes with original signed Yale cylinder and two original signed Yale keys. Cylinder mount face screws are present. Lock is high quality office or vestibule lock with no dead bolt. The cylinder key works the latch from outside - knobs on the inside - button function on lock face controls this function. Spacing on lock from knob hole center to the center of the cylinder is 3" Back set on lock is 2 3/4". Lock body is 5" high x 3 5/8" deep x 5/8 and is heavy cast iron. Face plate is a cast bronze strike plate mounted over cast iron and measures 7 3/8" high x 1 1/4" wide. A strike plate as pictured is provided with the set. Lock is reversible and working perfectly. Knobs are about 2 1/4" diameter and in good condition featuring American spread wing eagle in oval frame. Knobs are on original divided 3/8" spindle - one knob is permanently pinned on spindle second knob includes side knob screw. All pieces are in excellent ondition with minor surface age marks and light verdigris from so many years in storage. Should clean up just fine!
