Description: All of the velcro on the dress works perfectly. The seam at the back of the dress below the velcro closures is beginning to separate, as shown. The tag is dated 1993 and could use some reinforcing stitches as it is barely hanging onto the dress. This is the early division symbol version of Kirstens school dress. The navy hair ribbons included have a few areas where thread is poking out/fraying, as shown. Comes with the original maroon garment bag/packaging.
