It will fit other sizes due to the forgiving elastic in the waist. Laying flat the garment measures 22 inches at the waist. It easily stretches many more inches and can fit smaller sizes for a more relaxed look. From shoulder to hem it is 26 inches. It's sort of sheer as can be seen where I held it up to a window blind.
